腿侧, 腿边
(cricket) the half of the field behind the batsman's legs, toward the left from the batsman's viewpoint for a right-handed batsman
In cricket, the leg side is the half of the field that is on the same side as the batsman's legs. For a right-handed batsman, it is the area to the left, and for a left-handed batsman, it is to the right. The leg side is also known as the "on side," in contrast to the "off side," which is in front of the batsman. When a batter hits the ball in this direction, it is considered a shot to the leg side. Fielding positions on the leg side differ from those on the off side, and the leg side can sometimes be more challenging to defend, particularly for bowlers.
